Kobi Dominik Carter was the bestest friend ever. Kobi came to my school (Chadsgrove) in 2005 from a mainstream school in redditch. Kobi suffered a rare disease called Jonier Huttintons. Kobi was loved by everyone. He had lots of friends and had a great persoality. Kobi also had a mischeiveous side, but we wouldn't have him any other way. it's not the same without my friend, he always put a smile on my face! When i heared that Kobi had passed away i cried, i heared the news a few days before going back to school. On friday the 5th of September our headteacher did a school assembely for Kobi. Kobi is buried at Redditch Crematorium.
Kobi, we all miss you mate. It's not the same without you and it never will be but atleast you are not in pain anymore.
Love You And Missing You Lots Kobi Ta Tah For Now!!

Happy Birthday In Heaven - by Winnie Lovett
"Happy Birthday Kobi "
It's sure to be the best one yet,
Though you left us here behind.
Did you think that we'd forget?
Your cake this year, will surely be,
A beauty to behold.
With the icing made of Silver,
And the candles made of Gold.
Yes, your birthday in Heaven,
Will be such a grand affair.
And I know you'll look so lovely,
With a halo in your hair.
The Angels will come from everywhere,
To sing your birthday song.
And I know they'll be so happy,
That you've joined, God's Happy Throng.
No I can't send a card this year,
Or give a gift so fine.
So I'll just send a special prayer,
To that wonderful Friend of yours.
No Matter What - by Debi Gliori
Small was feeling grim and dark.
Playing toss and fling and squash,
Yell and scream and bang and crash.
Break and snap and bash and batter….
“Good grief,” said Large.
“What is the matter?”
Small said, “I’m a grim and grumpy little Small
And nobody loves me at all.”
“Oh Small,” said Large. “Grumpy or not,
I’ll always love you no matter what.”
Small said, “If I was a grizzly bear,
Would you still love me, would you care?”
“Of course,” said Large, “bear or not,
“I’ll always love you no matter what.”
Small said, “But if I turned into a bug,
Would you still love me and give me a hug?”
“Of course, said Large, bug or not,
I’ll always love you no matter what.”
“No matter what?” said Small and smiled.
“What if I was a crocodile?”
Large said, “I’d hug you close and tight,
And tuck you in bed each night.”
“Does love wear out,” said Small,
“Does it break or bend?
Can you fix it, stick it, does it mend?”
“Oh help, said Large, “I’m not that clever,
I just know I’ll love you for ever.
Small said, “But what about when we’re dead and gone,
Would you love me then, does love go on?”
Large held Small snug as they looked out at the night,
At the moon in the dark, and the stars shining bright.
“Small, look at the stars, how they shine and glow,
But some of those stars died a long time ago.”
“Still they shine in the evening skies,
Love, like starlight, never dies.”
Best Angel Friends - by Unknown Author
A beautiful little Angel showed up to Heaven's gates,
Confused and unknowing the plan that for him awaits.
Then another little Angel walked up and took his hand and said,
"Please don't be sad you left, you're in the Promised Land."
"I'm glad to be here, but I do not think I was meant to go,
Perhaps there was a mistake, for my Mummy wanted me so."
The little greeting Angel gave a sweet smile and said,
"My Mummy wanted me too, but to Heaven I was led.
You see, we do not get to choose when on earth it's time to go.
He gave us life, love and joy and a Mother's womb to grow.
The Lord still needs new Angels to guide them down on earth.
To watch over, comfort them, and help them see their worth."
"Is there still a way that I can sleep in my Mummy's bed?"
The greeting Angel grinned and said, "that luxury you'll keep.
I visit my Mummy nightly and softly sing her to sleep."
The little Angel replied, "then I think I'll like it here.
I'll visit my Mummy nightly and weaken her pain and fears.
I love her and will keep her safe at night and in between,
And let her know with a sweet memory that she is still with me."
The greeting Angel gave her new friend a big hug and said,
"Until our Mummy's meet us here, let's be best Angel friends."
"Okay," said the new Angel, "that sounds good to me."
Then the Angels sat and played keeping their Mummy's in sight,
Humming the tunes to the song they would sing to their Mummy's tonight...
Whether near or apart
best friends always share there hearts

We've known lots of pleasure
At times endured pain
We've lived in the sunshine
And walked in the rain.

But now were seperated
And for a time apart
But I am not alone
You're forever in my heart.

Death always seems so sudden
And it is always sure
But what is oft forgotten
It's not without a cure.

There will be times when you miss me
I sort of hope you do
But smile when you think of me
For I'll be waiting for you.

I Only Wanted You
They say memories are golden
well maybe that is true.
I never wanted memories,
I only wanted you.
A million times I needed you,
a million times I cried.
If love alone could have saved you
you never would have died.
In life I loved you dearly,
In death I love you still.
In my heart you hold a place
no one could ever fill.
If tears could build a stairway
and heartache make a lane,
I'd walk the path to heaven
and bring you back again.
Our family chain is broken,
and nothing seems the same.
But as God calls us one by one,
the chain will link again.
